Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to Adaptive Meal Plan and clubninellc.com, provided by Club Nine LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
What the app provides
Adaptive Meal Plan provides educational and organizational tools for meal planning, food logging, shopping lists, and estimated nutrition tracking. Review generated plans and proposed changes before using them. The app does not guarantee that a plan is appropriate for your individual dietary needs.
Health and nutrition disclaimer
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of an eating disorder. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of the app. The app is not for emergencies.
Estimates, portions, and food safety
Nutrition values and household portion descriptions are estimates and can vary by brand, preparation, and serving size. Check product labels, ingredients, allergens, and food-safety instructions. You are responsible for reviewing foods for allergies and dietary restrictions. Generated plans do not guarantee nutritional outcomes or exact goal matching. Shopping-list amounts may reflect prepared or cooked food weights and can differ from quantities needed when purchasing raw ingredients.
Free and Pro features
The app may offer free features and features requiring Pro access. Available features and any purchase terms will be described in the app before purchase. Some features may change as development continues.
Subscriptions
When offered in the U.S. App Store, the planned standard Pro subscription is US$4.99 every three months. Regional prices, taxes, and promotional offers may differ. The actual price and terms displayed in Apple’s purchase confirmation govern your purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. A subscription automatically renews for another three-month period unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under your Apple Account’s Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any free or discounted offer will state its terms before acceptance and may renew at the regular subscription price afterward. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, storage, sharing, and deletion. You are responsible for the information you enter and choose to share. Copies held by recipients or in backups may remain after local app data is deleted.
Permitted use and ownership
Use the app and website lawfully for personal purposes. Do not interfere with their operation, seek unauthorized access, or copy or distribute protected material except as permitted by law or permission. The app, website, and associated branding are owned by Club Nine LLC or its licensors. You retain your rights in information you enter. The app license is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement unless a separate applicable license is provided.
Availability and changes
We may update or modify the app and website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes affecting paid access are subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of particular health outcomes, nutrition accuracy, or suitability. To the extent permitted by law, Club Nine LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice where required. Material changes to paid subscriptions remain subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements.
